Looking for more information? As you consider applying to be a Philadelphia Teaching Fellow, we encourage you to attend one of our regularly-scheduled information sessions. Although not required for the application process, information sessions give applicants a chance to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

Although these events include a lot of the same information that is available through this website, information sessions can be particularly useful for those who have specific questions about the program or for those who may be unsure about applying.

The format of an information session includes an in-depth overview of the different parts of the program, a question and answer period with a Philadelphia Teaching Fellows staff member, and when possible, a presentation by a current Teaching Fellow. Information sessions usually last for about one hour and take place at different times throughout the year.

Please note that due to limited capacity, Philadelphia Teaching Fellows is unable to guarantee that all applicants will have the opportunity to attend an information session. Therefore, we encourage applicants who are interested in attending to sign up early. If space is not currently available, please be patient and check back often for newly-scheduled dates.
